Shipping & Returns

We currently ship everywhere in North America and Europe. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations.

We offer free shipping to the continental 48 states with every order $99+.  All orders outside of the continental 48 states and are under $99 will be calculated when you go to checkout.

We ship everything the same or next day.  Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December, shipping times may take longer. We do not gaurteed delivery by a certain date, unless expedited shipping is purchased.  Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. 

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you.

Items in our shop are eligible for return within 14 days of their delivery date. Items must be in their original condition, and they must be unwashed, unworn and/or unused. Of course, if an item arrives in a damaged state, notify us immediately and we will rectify the issue.

Any custom made items are not eligible for returns, as we make sure through the process you are happy with the one-of-a-kind design we have produced for you.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Simply repackage the item in the box it was sent to you in, purchase a shipping label and return the item(s) in the original package, and send it back to us.

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their purchase price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.  The returnee is responisble for return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
